Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.241, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 of the first respondent (2) Letter No.2112/CMPC/2015-1 Finance (CMPC) Department dated 05.03.2015 of the second respondent, to the limited extend of direction in Para No.3 thereof for re-fixation of pay of Junior Assistant / Typists with Degree qualification with effect 1/3
from 23.07.2013 and (3) Na.Ka.A1/471/2018 dated 12.02.2018 of the fifth respondent to reducing and re-fixing the pay of the petitioner and to recover the excess pay and to quash the same insofar as it relates to the petitioner herein and to direct the respondents to desists from reducing and re-fixing the pay of the petitioner and from effecting any recovery from petitioner's pay and to refund any amount recovered from the petitioner and to grant the petitioner periodical annual increments for all the years without any default. ORDER
The petitioner's grievance against the impugned order dated 12.02.2018 stands resolved in view of the subsequent proceedings initiated by the fifth respondent herein in Na.Ka.A1/471/2018, dated 23.11.2018, whereby, the impugned order dated 12.02.2018 was cancelled. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
