The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing her under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.1387 of 2024 and closed on 16.10.2024 as civil in nature.
