PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to withdraw the investigation pending in Cr.No.45 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent and to entrust the same to any other competent officer of the 6th respondent. 2.On 20.02.2023, it was submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, but, due to some defects, it was kept pending. Now the final report is going to be rectified. At request of the counsel for the petitioner to verify the same, the matter has been listed today. 3.Today, the learned counsel on either side present and submitted that in view of the above said development, the prayer sought for in this 2/5
