ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. At this stage, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that re-classification of the land will have to be only by the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai. If that be so, the first respondent shall inform the petitioner accordingly.
