ORDER

Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint is not received by the 3rd respondent so far.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent police in person immediately. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
