O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's land at the time of survey of the same on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 19.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that, on the representation given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed after investigation. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
