ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) Seeking suspension of the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichirappalli, vide Judgment dated 30.04.2024 in S.C.No.01 of 2021, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence. Hence, we are of the considered opinion that it is not a fit case for granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
5. Post the Criminal Appeal in the usual course for final hearing.
