ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the persons involved in the alleged impersonation, fraudulent execution of power of attorney and subsequent alienation of the petitioner's property and consider petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the representation dated 18.06.2026 is not received from the petitioner so far.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent police. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
