ORDER

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition because he was informed that TANGEDCO is ready and willing to provide an electricity service connection in the name of his brother. By granting such permission, W.P.(MD)No.19059 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn without going into the merits thereof. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Court in case the electricity service connection is not granted to his brother. There will be no order as to costs.
