This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.82 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation completed and charge sheet laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai on 09.02.2021. Therefore the prayer sought for by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
