ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 120(b), 420, 464, 467, 468, 474 and 218 I.P.C., in Cr.No.38 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent has filed a final report as further action dropped and Referred Charge sheet notice has been served on the defacto complainant.
