Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.00604/A4/2017 dated 28.11.2017 and the consequential orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1476/A1/2017 dated 28.11.2017 and 20.12.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to facilitate the running of the 4th respondent school in some other building till the renovation work of the school building is completed.
