2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was caught red-handed with 27.370 Kgs of Ganja and apart from that the petitioner being the native of Usilampatti was caught red-handed along with contraband at Thirukattupalli, Thanjavur and in view of the prima facie material against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
