The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the Petitioner's land in S.F.No.280/7B2, situated at Noothulapuram Village, S.Viralipatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the Petitioner's online application vide e-challan No.2025/0123/13/010068 on 25.2.2025. 2.MrsK.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, she purchased the subject property under sale deed, dated 2.8.2024 and patta for the said property was also issued in the name of the Petitioner in Patta No. 4367.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 5.8.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/13/004761 seeking to survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application of the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online of the Petitioner, dated 25.02.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
