This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint and stated that after death of her husband, her brother's son/1st private respondent has taken more money from the Bank. He further submitted that, on enquiry was found that he took money only a sum of Rs.1,500/- from the Bank on 11.02.2022 and the alleged amount of Rs.3 Lakhs was taken by the petitioner before the bank. Therefore, there is no allegation against the private 1st respondent for misappropriation of money and hence, the complaint was closed. The statement is recorded.
