The petitioner has submitted an application dated 03.03.2022 to the respondents requesting them to survey his land and rectify the mistake committed by the officials in the FMB sketch. Since the said application has not been considered sofar, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application is under consideration and the Officials would 2/4

take a decision, after completing the enquiry.
