Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cancel the partition cancellation deed in document bearing No.1502/22 dated 07.03.2022 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Andipatty, Theni District based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2022. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 9 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned document. He has moved the second respondent for endorsing the same as fraudulent.

3.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 06.05.2022 and pass final order on merits and 2/4

in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
