PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the entire records relating to impugned rejection order issued by the second respondent has passed the present impugned order in Na.Ka.No.16/Thu.Ka/Thi.Oo.A/2023, dated 16.07.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Bullock Cart Race and Horse Race scheduled to be held on 13.08.2023 at about 06.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. at Vellamperambur, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District.
