ORDER

This writ petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner's request for conducting a survey has not been conducted. However, when the matter has come up today (12.08.2024), the learned Additional Government Pleader produced files, wherein it is seen that the Surveyor had indeed visited the property for measuring the same on 10.07.2024. However, the petitioner had stated that since a suit is pending, the survey could be conducted only after the suit is disposed of and she had refused to sign the form. This fact has been suppressed in this writ petition.

2. Be that as it may, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Surveyor is ready to visit the property on 21.08.2024.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to visit the petitioner's property on 21.08.2024, survey and demarcate the four boundaries The petitioner shall cooperate with the survey. No costs.
