O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking quashment of the C.C.No.9 of 2020 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Thirumayam.

2.The petitioner is facing charges before the trial Court under sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. 3.By the order, dated 07.07.2022, the summon, which was originally issued to the petitioner and could not be served, was converted into non bailable warrant.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner will appear before the trial Court and execute bond for appearance under Section 88 of Cr.P.C.

5.On the basis of the above said undertaking, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court namely District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate 2/4

Court, Thirumayam and execute bond for appearance under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate.
