ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner claims that he was originally issued with rough patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. But at present names of third party are found. He had given a representation dated 20.08.2022 before the second respondent.
3.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
