PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent proceedings in the online application TN 5202202012014 and TN 5202202012923, dated 23.03.2022, quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to issue community certificate Hindu Kattunayakkan Scheduled Tribe (S.T) certificate to the petitioner's daughter namely Jothi and son namely Sakthivel Manikandan on the basis of the application dated 23.04.2022, within a time frame.
