ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to take action on the complaint dated 18.06.2026 seeking to secure CCTV footage backup pertaining to 11.05.2026 for the period between 12.05 PM to 02.15 PM which is available with the 2nd respondent and take appropriate action for giving frivolous petitions damaging the reputation of both the petitioner and the President of the Trust, namely, Mr.Sivaraj, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a complaint to take appropriate action for giving frivolous petitions damaging the reputation of both the petitioner and the President of the Trust, namely, Mr.Sivaraj. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint is of the date 18.06.2026 and is yet to be received.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the sixth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to secure the CCTV footage backup pertaining to 11.05.2026 for the period between 12.05 PM and 02.15 PM and produce the same before the first respondent. Upon receipt of the said footage and the complaint from the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to conduct a discreet enquiry after issuing notice to the parties concerned, under Section 64 BNSS, and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 23.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Note: Issue order copy on 25.06.2026.
