Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. What is under challenge is only a notice issued by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul. This by itself does not infringe the rights of the writ petitioner. If any final order adverse to the writ petitioner is passed, it always open to the writ petitioner to move this Court for appropriate relief. There is no scope to interfere at this stage.

3. Leaving open the contentions and defenses of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
