ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) 351(3) of 1/3

BNS & Section 3 of TNPPDL Act,, in Cr.No.198 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was sitting on the Odaikarai bridge, the petitioner and the other accused are said to have abused him in filthy language and assaulted him with stones and aruval. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.
