This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant 6 days emergency leave to the petitioner's brother Yesurajan S/o. Arirahman, aged 39 PID No. 111726, Convict Prisoner, confined at Central Prison, Puzhal.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for State of Tamilnadu(Crl.Side) would submit that the 3rd respondent by order dated 25.06.2026, has granted 3 days of emergency leave with escort to the convict prisoner.
