This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 15.12.2017.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted that now the enquiry has been completed and the petitioner was issued patta in Patta No.3289, in respect of the property comprised in Survey No. 115/2A1 A2 to an extent of 60.73 ares.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
