Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19783 of 2021 dated 26.07.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.19783 of 2021 dated 26.07.2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
