This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the criminal proceedings in crime No.22 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police as against the petitioners are concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, case has been registered inn crime No.22 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 I.P.C. read with 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and after completion of investigation, they closed the same as "Action Dropped".
