ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent police to 1/3

comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, dated 04.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.173 of 2024 and register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.12.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also produced report of the Inspector of Police, Nesamanynagar Circle, Nagercoil, dated 06.08.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum.
