This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate steps to cancel the registration of Doc.No.4426/12, daetd 19.12.2012 and Doc.No.338/2013, dated 01.02.2013 registered with the second respondent office in respect of the property situated in Parvathipuram, Musiri, Trichy District in New S.No.87/3B2 Old S.No.87/3B.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the District Registrar, Trichy, dated 04.09.2023. It is seen that the District Registrar has cancelled the documents in exercise of powers under Section 77(A)(1) of the Registration Act.
