[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action to restore the internet service among Tuticorin, Kanyakumari and Tirunelveli District for five days.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, has become infructuous.
