ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 20.06.2019 in Na.KA.No.7115/N2/2019 of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is already reinstated in service after revoking the suspension through proceedings Ref.No.59858/E4/2/2020 dated 21.09.2022.

3. In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not exist and the same is accordingly dismissed. In case, the petitioner is still got any grievance, he is granted liberty to make appropriate representation before the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
