-------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "These petitions have been filed seeking order to set aside the dismissal order that has been passed by the trial Court which was filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. in C.M.P.No.2469 of 2018 and another petition filed under Section 45 of Indian Evidence Act, which also came to be dismissal by the trial Court in C.M.P.No.1005 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.51 of 2016.

2.It is the matter of the year 2016. Since stay has been granted on 18.12.2019 and thereafter, it was not listed and no extenstion order was passed, let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabapuram, Kanniyakumari District as to the stage of S.T.C.No.51 of 2016, pending on his file.
