PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No. 37916/096/Nipi5/Vu1/Ko.Ooivoodiyam/2018, dated 17.02.2018 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, for a direction, directing the respondents to sanction annual increment to the petitioner which fell due on 01.01.2003 by considering the service rendered by the petitioner from 22.11.1965 to 31.12.2002 in accordance with the Rule 26(a) Appendix (ix) of the Fundamental Rules and re-fix the pension of the petitioner with all consequential benefits.
