Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to 1/6
publish the reserve list for each communal category in pursuant to the provisional selection list published by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings Nil dated 31.05.2025 in pursuant to the notification issued by the 3rd Respondent vide Notification No. 01/2024 dated 09.02.2024 in accordance with Section 3(u) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher under BCM (Women) (PSTM) category on the basis of marks secured by her, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to publish the reserve list for each communal category, pursuant to the provisional selection list published by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings Nil dated 31.05.2025 and also pursuant to the 2/6
notification issued by the 3rd Respondent vide Notification No. 01/2024 dated 09.02.2024 in accordance with Section 3(u) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher under BCM (Women) (PSTM) category, on the basis of marks secured by her, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines his prayer that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to publish the result for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to publish the result for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
