O R D E R

This criminal revision is directed against the order, dated 27.06.2014 in MC No.18 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

2.The marriage between the petitioner and the 1st respondent was solemnized on 19.05.2010 and out of the wedlock, a female child was born and while so, difference of opinion between the 1st respondent and the petitioner and due to it, there was several proceedings. The respondent herein has filed a maintenance case in MC No.18 of 2013 and it was ordered by the trial court on 27.06.2014 that Rs.2,000/- each have to be paid to the respondents. Aggrieved by the order of the trial court made in MC No.02 of 2017, dated 19.06.2017, the petitioner is before this court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 18.07.2019, the revision petitioner and the respondents along with their counsel appeared in person. They have already filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 15.07.2019 stating that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably. Crl.R.C(MD)No.346 of 2014 "(3)In the meantime, due to the mediation conducted in a criminal original petition filed by the petitioner's parents to quash the FIR against them. Now the petitioner and the 1st respondent are living happily. Due to the same another female child was born;

(4)It is submitted that since 1st respondent and petitioner are living happily by buried their difference from 2016 onwards, the 1st respondent and petitioner are willing to not press the entire claim in total."

4.Keeping in view of the above and now, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 15.07.2019 shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
