The learned counsel appearing for the appellants stated that the appeal filed by the defendant may be taken up first and that if this court were to confirm the finding of the trial court regarding the suit Will, this appeal can be dismissed as not pressed. The plaintiffs were present in person and this submission was made after taking instructions from them. Today, we have confirmed the trial court's finding while disposing of AS(MD)No.53 of 2018 filed by the defendant/Uma. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
