Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to look in to the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 27.08.2019 and thereby grant permission to conduct the Aadal Padal programme on 15.09.2019 at about 7.00 pm to 11.00 p.m. to the village temple namely Arulmigu Sri Oorkavalsamy thirukovil which is situate in East Street, Kunnoor, Theni District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents grant permission to conduct the Aadal Padal programme on 15.09.2019 at about 7.00 pm to 11.00 p.m. to the village temple viz., Arulmigu Sri Oorkavalsamy Thirukovil which is situated in East Street, Kunnoor, Theni District, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2019.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner's group and the another group headed by Vijayakumar. W.P.(MD)No.19639 of 2019 representation seeking permission for police protection to conduct Aadal Padal programme on 15.09.2019 to the village temple viz., Arulmigu Sri Oorkavalsamy Thirukovil which is situated in East Street, Kunnoor, Theni District.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, both the petitioner's group as well as the rival group headed by one Vijayakumar are directed to jointly approach the second respondent seeking permission to conduct Adal Padal programme. On reciept of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law forthwith. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
