PUNITHAN.T.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8961 of 2023 on 21.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. In this case investigation has been completed and final report to be filed before the concerned Court. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8961 of 2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons. sd/- 28/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
