RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order to modify the condition as made in Crl OP(MD) No.5633/2023 dated 27.03.2023 of directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 AM for the period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation forthwith.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SANKARA PANDIAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.5633 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and taken cognizance in CC No.83 of 2023.

3.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
