(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.MP(MD)No.9040 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3857 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. This is the second time, the petitioner prays to extend the time limit and this Court has already extended the time. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.MP(MD)No.9040 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3857 of 2023 is extended finally for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
