To issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.A2/1001/2021 dated 06.10.2021 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S LAJAPATHI ROY.T, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The matter is listed today under the caption "Separate Court Fee not paid cases" in view of the non-compliance observed by the Registry.
