The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 1.7.2025 and not to interfere with the construction activity in his patta land in S.F.NO.6/113, situated at Pathipatti Revenue Village, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District 2.Mrs.K.Malathi,learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that he owns one acre of land in S.No.6/113 and he started construction of a house in the patta land. While so, the respondents instructed the Petitioner not to construct the house in the said land. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.On going through the representation submitted by the Pettitoner, dated 1.7.2023, this Court posed a question to the learned counsel for the Petitioner whether construction of the Petitioner was commenced after getting building plan approval from the competent authority. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that building plan approval has not been obtained by the Petitioner.
5.In view of the above said submission, this Court directs the Petitioner to get proper building plan approval from the competent authority and thereafter, proceed with the construction work in his patta land.
6.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that in the guise of putting up construction in his patta land, the 3/6
Petitioner is attempting to put up construction in the Oorani located near the patta land of the petitioner. 7.It is made clear that the Petitioner is entitled to put up construction only in his patta land, that too, with proper building plan approval from the local authority.
8.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
