RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the entire records relating to the judgment of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli passed in C.A.No.32 of 2014 dated 06.08.2014, confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli in C.C.No.269 of 2010 by his judgment dated 18.03.2014 and set aside the same by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition and acquit the petitioner/appellant.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing on either side made a request to refer the matter to mediation for settlement. 2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, for mediation. Hence, both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3.Post the matter after two weeks.
