Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's joint representation daetd 20.01.2020 to re-revise fifteen TRB question Nos.12, 136, 43, 37, 42, 81, 103, 77, 36, 20, 130, 76, 96, 95, 79 for the corresponding question Nos.1, 44, 57, 62, 109, 148, 124, 135, 20, 116, 141, 50, 54, 8, 14 in the petitioner's TRB question booklet with her Enrollment No.TRBPG955523 and Roll No.19PG101313235 for direct recruitment for the post of (Economics) Post Graduate Assistants Grade I 2018-2019 under Notification No.10/2019 dated 12.06.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to permit her to participate in the next phase of selection within a time stipulated by this Court. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has sought for revision of certain questions in Teachers Recruitment Board question booklet and since her representation dated 20.01.2020 in this regard was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made in her representation, there shall be a direction to the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.20016 of 2020 consider the joint representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2020, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
