2. Heard Mr.S.Deenadhyalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in S.C.No.23 of 2017 on the file of the I-Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 19.09.2018, and nothing survives in this petition.
