No.15608 of 2022 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who seek anticipatory bail, are facing charges under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to them may not arise. The petitioners can workout their remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
