ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed presented by the 3rd respondent herein dated 03.04.2025 with regard to the petitioner's property within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these directions and observations, this writ petition is allowed. No Costs.
