CRL OP(MD). No.16231 of 2021 3.Considering the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the Intervener, this Court has directed the prosecution to serve a copy of the Closure Report.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a copy of the Closure Report has already been served to the learned counsel for the Intervener.
